DESCRIPTION
Fresh and with an exotic taste, the seafood salad is made with octopus, cuttlefish, mussels, shrimps and surimi. Preserved in brine, it can be seasoned according to preference.
TIPS FOR CONSUMPTION
The salad is ready to be consumed as an appetizer, seasoned with oil. It can also be used as a basis for seafood paella, rice salads, hulled wheat or barley. It is possible to add fresh vegetables such as celery, onion and capers. It is excellent combined with bean purée or polenta.
