Stuffed grilled peppers rolls with a mix of chopped peppers and aubergines, seasoned with sunflower oil.
TIPS FOR CONSUMPTION
These rolls are ready to eat but they can also be served as an appetizer. It is possible to bake them in the oven for a few minutes at 130°, in their own suitable container, after placing the rolls with grated cheese. The product can be consumed as a light second dish. Laid on a large plate garnished with one of our creams (mixed grilled vegetables cream or dried tomatoes cream) the rolls will create a triumph of taste and colour.
